I play in life!  I look at life as a big game.  Like when I was a kid.  Being fully self expressed and generating vitality.  Life is fun an each mistake is interpreted as an invitation to learn and grow. 

I don’t take life so personally.  I don’t take myself too seriously.  I am continually working on my integrity.  I look for places to be responsible, especially when there’s a breakdown.  I play the game of 100% responsibility and taking none of it personally.  I never get bored playing that game! 

I take excellent care of my wellbeing.  I invite and inspire the people in my life to do the same.  I am straight about what I require from myself and those in my life. 

I am committed to creating my life based on what is possible, not probable, for me.  I focus on taking actions in line with my commitments.  The people I surround myself with support me in taking action in spite of how I’m feeling or the circumstances of my life. 

I am an Ontological Coach.  I coach people on generating their life rather than reacting to the circumstances of their life.  I love people and I believe that unless I do the work first I’m ineffective with the people I coach.  I am continually living outside my comfort zone.  Yes it’s terrifying at times… and nobody dies.
