Episode 104 - Ben Hoffman

Over the past 10+ years, Mr. Hoffman has held a wide variety of technical, commercial and managerial positions. These experiences have come from a range of organizations including small and medium-sized private firms to large multinational companies. During his career, Mr. Hoffman has gained extensive experience in Europe, including overseas assignments in The United Kingdom and Germany. Mr. Hoffman is a founder and board member of The Movimento Group, a Swedish based automotive high-tech supplier and as President of Movimento, Inc. has responsibility for the North American operations.

Prior to Movimento, Mr. Hoffman was a Senior Partner with management consulting firm Inovo, worked as Director of Sales for Accurate Technologies, held both engineering and sales positions with the Robert Bosch Corporation and served in multiple technical roles with Roush Industries. Mr. Hoffman holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering and Management Institute), and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
